Our Approach to Trade
International trade is the core of Mi Trading Co., Ltd. We work as an intermediary and trade partner, helping reliable suppliers reach new markets and helping buyers source the products they need from trustworthy origins. Our role is to reduce friction across the entire chain — from first inquiry to final delivery — while keeping every step transparent and compliant.
Because we are a young company, we focus on doing fewer things well. We build each supplier and buyer relationship carefully, verify the parties we work with, and structure transactions so that responsibilities, timelines, and costs are clear to everyone involved.

Sourcing & Supplier Verification
We identify suitable products and suppliers based on the requirements of our buyers, and we verify that the parties we work with are legitimate and capable. This includes reviewing product specifications, quality expectations, and the supplier's ability to fulfill orders.
Negotiation & Contracting
We help agree on pricing, quantities, delivery terms (such as Incoterms), and payment arrangements, then document them clearly so all parties share the same understanding of their obligations.
Logistics & Shipping
We coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, and delivery scheduling across sea, air, or land as appropriate. We work to keep shipments on time and to communicate proactively when conditions change.
Documentation & Compliance
We prepare and manage the trade documentation required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance — such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin — and we work to ensure shipments meet the import/export rules of the relevant jurisdictions.
Delivery & Ongoing Support
We follow shipments through to delivery and remain available to resolve issues and support repeat business. Our goal is to turn a first transaction into a lasting trade relationship.
